Refund Strategy

1) Any amount once paid through the payment gateway will not be refunded except in cases where multiple charges occur on the Client’s Card/Bank account due to a technical error OR the Client’s account is charged with an excess amount in a single transaction due to a technical error. In such cases, the excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges will be refunded to the Client.

2) The Client must submit an application for a refund along with the transaction number and original payment receipt, if any, generated at the time of making payments.

3) The application in the prescribed format should be sent to accounts@kesariadvertising.com.

4) The application will be processed manually and upon verification. If the claim is deemed valid, the amount received in excess will be refunded by Kesari Advertising, through electronic mode to the applicant, and confirmation will be sent to the postal address provided in the online registration form, within a period of 21 calendar days upon receipt of such claim. It will take 21 days for the money to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank’s policy.

5) Kesari Advertising assumes no responsibility and will incur no liability if it cannot effect any Payment Instruction(s) on the Payment Date due to any one or more of the following conditions:

i). If the Payment Instruction(s) provided by you is/are incomplete, incorrect, and invalid or delayed.

ii). If the Payment Account has insufficient funds/limits to cover the amount as mentioned in the Payment Instruction(s).

iii). If the funds available in the Payment Account are under any encumbrance or charge.

iv). If your Bank rejects or delays in connection with the Payment Instruction(s).

v). Circumstances beyond the control of the Kesari Advertising (including, but not limited to, fire, flood, natural disasters, bank strikes, power failure, systems failure like computer or telephone lines breakdown due to an unforeseeable reason, or interference from an external force).
